Unitank Fermenter
A unitank allows the brewer to carb beer quickly (under 24-hours) by using a carb stone. During this process, it is possible to monitor the head pressure to an exact degree. The Unitank provides some features associated with a Brite Beer Tank and some from a primary fermenter/fermentation tank.

PED: this marking is a certification standard indicating European Union Pressure Equipment Directive Certified. PED 2014/68/European Union or 97/23/European Community signifies the standards set out for the fabrication and design of pressure equipment.
