Pot stills are the glorious, copper-crafted kettles which are used to create aromatic spirits such as scotch whisky, rum, brandy and tequila. At Bevo Tech, we handcraft high-quality, premium pot distilleries from top of the range copper and 3-5mm thick stainless steel. 
Our premium pot distillery sizing options range from 500L -5000L, suited to any micro-distillery or established distillery looking to expand their production capacity.  

These artisanal stills are crafted from superior copper for two reasons. 
1. Copper is a fantastic heat conductor, and heat is an essential process in distilling. 
2. Copper interacts with sulphurous compounds created through the fermentation process, pulling them out of the final product. 

The specialised shape of the stills themselves also has a profound influence on the taste, texture, and mouthfeel of the final spirit.

The Bevo Tech Premium Pot Distillery is crafted from superior quality stainless steel and quality copper, and features a jacketed low-density heating system, which enables gentle distilling to keep grain or fruit solids intact.  
Our engineers have specifically designed this piece of equipment for crafting aromatic spirits like whiskey, rum, brandy, tequila, and other spirits using the age-old traditional pot-still method. 

The Bevo Tech Premium Pot-Still Distillery has the following premium features: 

  1. Optional integrated gin basket to perfect gin distilling 

  1. Solid copper kettle, neck, and expansion chamber on the vapour chamber 

  1. Type-304, high quality stainless steel on the liquid chamber 

  1. Equipped with an LED kettle light to illuminate the kettle’s interior for observation through the glass access-port 

  1. Equipped with a glass domed parrot to observe the alcohol percentage of the incoming spirit at any time 

  1. Electric agitator available to add on 

  1. Fully integrated CIP system available for simplified use and extra control 

  1. Optional pedestal tank to collect the hot egress water from the condenser for use in CIP cleaning or as future mash water 

  1. Comes with jacketed heating, either steam or electric Bain-Marie depending on your requirements 

  1. Completely insulated with outer Type-304 stainless-steel cladding – top of the line 

  1. Range of size options from 500L – 5000L, suitable for any sized distillery
